Andrea believes that if human beings develop the emotional tools needed to carry out a process of introspection, to reflect and look deep within then it will allow us to lead a more dignified, balanced and healthy life. She has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Central American University of Social Sciences and was a professor at the Creativity and Psychoanalysis course. Andrea has been been offering individual therapeutic care to children, teens and adults since 2008 and is part of a team of psychoanalytic psychologists of the Litoral Clinic in San Jose, Costa Rica. She also holds diplomas in Art Therapy from the Autonomous Metropolitan University, Mexico, at UCACIS-CR and in Training in Mindfulness from the Mexican Institute of Mindfulness, certified by the IMTA (International Mindfulness Teaching Association). Andrea is a coordinator of the Positive Psychology course at the Maytiv Center in Israel. She enjoys being one of the founders of Sueño en Colores Association and has been the Executive Director and workshop coordinator since 2007.

Con un Master en Psicología Clínica de la Universidad Centroamericana de Ciencias Sociales, brinda atención terapéutica individual a jóvenes y adultos desde el 2008 en consultorio privado. Fue profesora titular del curso Creatividad y Psicoanálisis en la Universidad creativa por varios

Actualmente es parte del equipo de psicólogos psicoanalistasde la Clínica Litoral. Cuenta con un Diplomado en Arteterapia de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, México en sede UCACIS-CR. Ha realizado
estudios en Mindfulness. Cuenta con un Diplomado de Formación en Mindfulness en el Instituto Mexicano de Mindfulness.

Andrea es facilitadora del curso Positive Psychology del Maytiv Center de Israel.

Es una de las fundadoras de la Asociación Sueña en Colores,
Directora General y facilitadora de talleres de la misma asociación
desde el 2007.
